Home Alone
For the past 2 weeks I was home alone. My brother and his family went to US for holiday and the maid follow my parents back to home town so my house only left me at home.
Finally my 2 weeks home alone end yesterday!!
Hooray~no need to worry what to eat for dinner after work!!

Pot Luck at my home!
Today i'm holding a pot luck at my place. I invited my colleagues to come to my place. Pot luck theme is chinese cooking. Bernard brought "hokkian mee", cecilia and husband made borsh soup, irene brought roast duck, lok and girl friend made salad, yien made vegetable curry and I made claypot chicken rice but my chicken rice abit failure. :'(
I think main thing they came to my place is to play mah jiong! Bernard, Irene and Lok play mah joing at my home.
Cecilia is surfing the net and the rest is watching TV program "Minutes to Fame"

White Water Rafting
I wanted to do White Water Rafting for so long and didn't manage to find people to go with me. Finally yesterday I join a friend that like to do outing and from there I get to know some new friends.
The place that we did our White Water Rafting is Countryview Recreation Park & Resort. The place is another 30 KM from Raub. It took about 2 hours to reach from Kepong. We started our journey about 10.30 am and we reached the resort about 12.30pm.
All of us take a small trip at the recreation park before we got our lunch. We saw the river that we going for rafting and the colour of the water is like our Teh Tarik! That's shows our river is so polluted and in bad condition. Besides White Water Rafting, the resort also provide 4WD, campsite, flying fox, abseiling and etc.
At 2:30pm the coach is calling for gather together. There are 15 of us and we split into 2 teams. Before we get into the boat, we need to do some water confident. Basically is some basic training when you fell into water what you suppose to do. That took about half and hour to 40 minutes.
Once we finished the water confident, we all get into the boat to start our white water rafting. Through out the journey that not much rapid so it just like normal kayaking! It took about 40 minutes to reach the end. We being picked up van and they drop us back to slightly upper where we started our journey. Actually the best for the white water rafting is at the place that we being trained on water confident. The rapid there is huge and fast. We get into boat and go rock n roll in the rapid!! That part was the best part of the whole white water rafting. We tried twice on the that rapid. I'm kinda lucky that had a good coach in the boat. Both round also don't have anything happen to our boat. The first round the other boat fell two person out from the boat. The second round, the other boat all fell off from boat! I wish I'm in the boat as well so that can have fun in the water! =P
It finished about 5pm then we all head back to shower. We left the resort about 6pm. We reached KL at 8pm. It is a good experience on the White Water Rafting!! I don't mind to go for another round but it must be more challenging!!

Alone in Penang
Lately I've been travel to Penang quite often and most of time I'm travelling alone to Penang. This round I also travel alone to Penang. Usually when I travel alone I'll take flight but this round I choose to drive to Penang.
Reason is so that I'm more flexible when I'm in Penang. No need to depends on my penang colleagues.
Tonight I went to Kimberly Street to have my dinner "Kwai Chap" . After that, I drove all the way to Batu Ferrengi for dvd shopping! I bought a fair bit of dvds from there. Basically I go Batu Ferrengi only for dvds. I reached hotel already 9 something. I walked to the cafe near the hotel Segafredo for a cup of coffee. Today I didn't have any coffee so I decided to have a cup of coffee! The coffee in Segafredo is not bad and it is as good as coffee bean coffee. Hmm...I think is better than Coffee Bean!!!
That's the alone night in Penang!

Driving alone...
Today I drove down to Penang alone. I started my journey 6.10am from my home and I reached Penang about 9.50am!
I drove 120 to 140 km/h, this is due to I'm driving alone. When you drive alone you will tend to speed! Cross my finger and let's pray there is no summon send to me!

The Odd Couple
Last week I went to KLPac for a play. This is the first play that I watched in Malaysia. I'm surprised that Malaysia can come out with such a good production!! Malaysia Boleh!!
I enjoy the play very much!
